The Post — Pelican Retro Pop Art Canvas Wall Art

He has claimed this post and the matter is settled. The sky is exactly the right blue. The clouds are doing their job. He stands with the particular confidence of a bird who has thought about his situation and found it satisfactory — beak forward, chest out, entirely comfortable being the most interesting thing in the immediate vicinity, which he always is. The brushstrokes are bold because he requires bold brushstrokes. This is a painting about being exactly where you are supposed to be, in exactly the right light, on exactly the right post.

• Two Finishes — Matte black framed canvas or gallery-wrapped stretched canvas
