He Got Up There. He Has Not Figured Out the Next Part.

A fluffy black cat clings upside-down to a bare winter branch, white eyes wide open, tail curled skyward with the last remaining shred of dignity. The slate blue-grey background is clean and vast. The cat is not. This is a piece of minimalist art that contains exactly one subject, zero explanations, and an enormous amount of personality. Painted in a loose, graphic illustration style with bold silhouette contrast and expressive fur texture, it has the visual punch of a gallery print and the energy of a cat who made a decision and is now committed to it.
